CECA (North West) Ltd. Represents some 60 civil engineering companies of all sizes within an area extending from Cumbria to Cheshire and up to the Welsh border, and is one of the 8 independent regional CECA companies which together constitute CECA (National), the sole representative body for civil engineering contractors throughout the United Kingdom.
CECA provides information, advice and assistance, and collective representation on the many issues identified by our members as vital in promoting, regulating and protecting their commercial interests.
CECA (NW) liases with all major client bodies, departments, authorities, regional organisations, local authorities, utilities and many other sectors of industry relating to the work of our members and provides regular liaison opportunities for them to meet with key representatives of those potential customers.
The Director and his staff, and the Chairman are available to answer queries from members on a range of matters, including contractual and legal, procurement, employment, taxation, training, health & safety, environmental and technical, with full reference to CECA central services at the Lon Headquarters when appropriate.
