Membership of CECA (South West) provides access to information, advice and assistance on a wide range of issues identified by contractors as essential to promote and protect their commercial well being, and liaison with Government and other National Organisations.

Regular liaison is maintained with local and county authorities, water companies, the Government Offices for the Regions and many other bodies that relate to the work of our members.
