In recent years small and medium sized contractors have had to contend with a number of major changes to employment law, stemming both from the UK Government and Europe, which have had the potential to severely disrupt the way they run their business.

Through CECA's research and lobbying activities, member firms are provided with advance warning of these changes and can contribute to efforts to minimize their impact upon their businesses. CECA can provide individual advice to members on employment/industrial relations issues, and also seminars to CECA regions on employment issues.
