Procurement

The area of procurement represents one of the leading areas of concern reported by CECA members.

Inefficiencies in the way that the industry's client procure work can lead to significant delays and increased costs. For this reason CECA has for many years campaigned for improvements in this area. We are particulalrly keen to see reform of the way the public sector - as the industry's leading client - procures work.
