Scotland
CECA Scotland Ltd represents over 100 civil engineering contractors, ranging in size from small rural companies to large multinationals. CECA maintains strong links within the Scottish Parliament, particularly with its Transport, Infrastructure and Enterprise Ministers.
North East
CECA (North East) represents over 85 civil engineering companies of all sizes. We liaise with all bodies, departments, authorities, regional organisations and other sectors of industry that relate to the work of our members.
North West
CECA (North West) Ltd. represents some 65 civil engineering companies of all sizes within an area that extends from Cumbria to Cheshire and up to the Welsh border. We liaise with all major client bodies, departments, authorities, regional organisations and other sectors of industry that relates to the work of our members.
Midlands
CECA (Midlands) represents approximately 60 civil engineering contractors. Our main areas of operation are Derbyshire, Herefordshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Rutland, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands, Worcestershire and the district of Peterborough in the county of Cambridgeshire.
Yorkshire & Humberside
CECA (Yorkshire and Humberside) is one of the fastest growing CECA regions, with nearly 100 members. We provide information, advice and assistance on numerous issues identified by our members as vital in promoting and protecting their commercial interests. 
Wales / Cymru
CECA (Wales) has a membership of some 53 civil engineering contractors with offices across Wales, representing both nationally recognised companies and smaller to medium-sized indigenous firms. We seek to represent all civil engineering contractors in Wales and promote an ethos of co-operation with other bodies whose activities relate to our members' interests.
Southern
CECA (Southern) represents 63 civil engineering contractors of all sizes, in an area that covers 16 County Councils, 12 Unitary Authorities, the 32 London Boroughs, the City of London, and over 100 Parliamentary Constituencies. CECA (Southern) liaises with government, local and county authorities, water companies, Network Rail, TfL, Thames Gateway, the Government Offices for the Regions and many other bodies that relate to the work of our members.

South West
CECA (South West) represents civil engineering contractors of all sizes. Membership provides access to information, advice and assistance on a wide range of issues identified by contractors as essential to promote and protect their commercial well-being, as well as an opportunity to input priorities into policy-making through liaison with Government and other key stakeholders.
