CECA Southern arange client liaison meetings, which allows client bodies to outline their strategic plans, in terms of procurement, spend profile, etc. It also allows clients to clarify what they expect from suppliers, not least in terms of issues including behavioural safety, competence and performance. Members get the opportunity, in controlled conditions, to understand what they need to do in order to compete for any opportunities, and they get an indication of the client's strategic direction going forward.
The programme of client liaison meetings for 2018 is in progress and details will be notified to members in due course.
