An outstanding early-career Quantity Surveyor at CML (Construction Marine Ltd), Lucy has already made a significant impact across major rail infrastructure projects.
Her current role involves working within the commercial team on the Network Rail LNE Framework, managing a work bank of earthworks projects. Since winning the 2023 CECA Yorkshire & the Humber Most Promising Apprentice Award, she has continued to excel, taking on key commercial responsibilities while championing apprenticeships and supporting the development of others.
Lucy represents the professionalism, ambition and leadership that will drive our industry forward, and we’re proud to showcase her achievements as part of CECA’s 30th anniversary celebrations. Congratulations, Lucy!
