Meet Jonathan Camp, Trainee Site Engineer at Blanchard Wells Ltd, and one of CECA’s 30 Under 30.
Having started his career in groundworks, Jonathan has already built strong technical foundations in surveying, setting out, quality assurance and site coordination.
He completed his Level 2 apprenticeship six months early while achieving the highest grade across all 12 college assignments, and has also represented South Hampshire College Group in a nationwide innovation competition focused on helping young people progress into education and employment.
Passionate about learning, teamwork and problem-solving, Jonathan is a fantastic example of the talent coming through the UK civil engineering sector. Congratulations Jonathan!
