CECA’s ’30 Under 30′ campaign continues with Molly McMaster, Senior Engineer at VolkerStevin. An ICE QUEST Scholar and Chartered Engineer, Molly has progressed rapidly from graduate to senior engineer, taking on key responsibilities for planning, coordination, quality, safety and team leadership on the Southsea Coastal Scheme.
Alongside her project work, Molly is passionate about inspiring future talent and promoting a more inclusive industry. She is a STEM Ambassador, WISE role model, CECA NextGen Southern member, and guest lecturer at the University of Bath, helping to show young people the opportunities available in civil engineering.
Her commitment to delivery, teamwork, wellbeing, community impact and supporting others makes her an excellent role model for the next generation of civil engineering professionals.
