This half day seminar is vital for those who are involved in construction projects, whether on the operational or commercial side.  The first half of the session will look in detail at the importance of communications including NEC communication provisions (NEC3 and NEC4), condition precedent clauses, case law and advice on ensuring that your communications meet the requirements of your project and the contract.  The second half of the session will consider why record keeping is important, what records should be kept, the level of detail required, how record keeping can protect your commercial position and case law on record keeping.
