We are pleased to advise that we are running the Management of Risk course with renowned trainer, Bob Bilbrough.
This is a one-day course for construction team members who want to develop their understanding and performance of the management of risks in the construction industry. The aim of the course is to provide delegates with an understanding of the principles and practice of managing construction risks. This includes understanding the pre-requisites of managing risk in a construction business and effectively implementing risk management processes. The course is suitable for all people who are interested in improving the management of risk in construction businesses.
