We are pleased to advise that we are running a ‘Managing Risk Course’ on Thursday 13 June 2019.
This is a one day course for construction team members who want to develop their understanding and performance of the management risks in the construction industry. The aim of the course is to provide delegates with an understanding of principles and practice of managing construction risk. This includes understanding the pre-requisites of managing risk in a construction business and effectively implementing risk management processes. The course is suitable for people who are interested in improving the management of risk in construction businesses. For example, directors, projects managers, commercial managers, site managers and quantity surveyors. A course outline is attached.
