The first of these is a 5-day residential Site Surveying and Setting Out course
Venue: National Construction College, CITB, Bircham Newton, Kings Lynn, Norfolk PE31 6RH
Dates: Monday 08 April – Friday 12 April 2024
Cost: £1,250 + VAT per delegate. The cost includes accommodation for 5 nights (accommodation booked from the Sunday night) and all meals. This course is heavily subsidised by CECA Southern.
Places on the programme are very limited and may have to be restricted to one place per member and to those members who do not have their own new entrant development programme.
CECA is committed to ensuring its training programmes are inclusive and accessible. However, there are some entry requirements for this programme. Delegates will need:
- A good understanding of spoken and written English.
- A reasonable level of mobility and able to move lift and move loads
- Some prior knowledge of health, safety and environmental practices and procedures employed on a construction site. Note: it is expected that delegates will have spent at least some time working on a site before joining this programme.
