Recommended for everyone involved in producing tenders, or those whose roles may involve tendering and procurement. Also may be of interest to those working closely with procurement teams.

Why you should attend this workshop?

Professional bidding experts Impart have kindly agreed to hold this 1 day highly-interactive workshop to give attendees a valuable insight into the customer’s tender evaluation process, and an opportunity to experience first-hand how different aspects of responses impact and influence evaluators.

The workshop will include:

  • How customers go about building an evaluation team
  • The process they go through when evaluating a tender
  • Analysing the evaluation criteria and modelling the quality/price weightings
  • A number of tender evaluation activities

This interactive workshop will be delivered face-to-face at the CECA Y&H Office in Morley, Leeds and will include involve working in small groups. All attendees will be expected to contribute throughout the 6 hour course.

Presenter: The workshop will be delivered by Richard Tobias (Impart). Richard is Impart’s founder and Managing Director, having previously held various senior sales and commercial roles in the private sector with companies including Siemens and Atos. During his career Richard has successfully led a number of large and commercially complex opportunities, experiencing first-hand the importance of a proactive and structured approach to business development and tendering.

This workshop is FREE to CECA Members and Associate Members, although as the workshop is interactive and places are limited, non-attendance without 72 hours notice will be charged at £50 per person.
