The one day course will provide a reasonably detailed explanation of the compensation event procedure (clauses 61, 62, 64 and 65) and the assessment of compensation events (clause 63) under the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (April 2013 edition).
Objectives
The course aims to provide those delegates who are involved in bidding for and/or administering a contract an increased knowledge of the rights and obligations imposed by the procedure and the basis and rules for assessment.
