This course delivers tools and techniques that will help you to build rapport, solve problems, handle difficult situations enabling you to be brilliant at delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The course is suitable to new or experienced front-line staff that are forward facing within the organisation, whether that is answering telephones, sending letters and emails or even pitching for business. It will help delegates to consider situations, evaluate their response and how they might do things differently.
