Launched at the CECA Southern Annual Lunch & Awards Event last month, the new Chair’s Strategic Plan 2026–2028 outlines the priorities that will guide CECA Southern’s work over the next two years.
Developed by CECA Southern Chair Kevin Valentine, the Plan focuses on the areas that matter most to our members, including strengthening client relationships, addressing skills shortages, promoting health, safety and wellbeing, supporting sustainability and social value objectives, growing membership, and enhancing member engagement and communications.
At its heart, the Plan is about ensuring CECA Southern remains a strong, member-led organisation that champions the interests of the civil engineering sector while helping members navigate future challenges and opportunities. Members are encouraged to read the Plan and share their feedback as we work together to deliver meaningful progress across the region.
