Our employer-led programmes have been designed to help organisations recruit the next generation of professionals while developing the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of their existing workforce.

With flexible delivery across England, we work with employers to create training programmes that fit around operational requirements, enabling businesses to invest in their people without impacting productivity.

At West London College, we believe apprenticeships should be more than a training programme, they should be a strategic workforce investment.

Every employer partnership begins with our Organisational Needs Analysis (ONA), a collaborative process that identifies workforce priorities, future skills requirements, and succession planning opportunities. This enables WLC to co-design apprenticeship programmes that are aligned to your business objectives, address skills shortages and deliver measurable organisational impact.

By partnering with WLC, employers benefit from:

  • National employer-led delivery, tailored around your operational and workforce requirements.
  • Funded workforce development, enabling you to upskill existing employees through Apprenticeship Levy funding or government co-investment.
  • Dedicated recruitment support, providing access to pre-screened, work-ready candidates and reducing recruitment costs.
  • Closed apprenticeship cohorts, allowing groups of employees to undertake structured training with flexible start dates throughout the year.
  • Dedicated Senior Account Management, providing a single point of contact throughout the apprenticeship journey.
  • End-to-end programme management, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, progress monitoring, and employer support.

Our ambition is to become the trusted skills and talent partner of choice for employers across the UK, supporting organisations to attract, develop, and retain talent through high-quality apprenticeships and tailored workforce development solutions designed around employer needs.

Additional Employer Incentives:

There has never been a better time to invest in workforce development. Alongside apprenticeship funding, eligible employers may also benefit from a range of financial incentives.

We believe the greatest impact comes through collaboration and strong employer partnerships. If you are aware of other organisations or professionals within your network that could benefit from apprenticeships or support with their future workforce needs, we would welcome an introduction and the opportunity to start a conversation.

We look forward to working in partnership with you to develop the skilled workforce your organisation needs today and for the future.
