CECA NE Director @Stuart Miller recently visited the Woodsmith Project where the MTS tunnel and associated infrastructure works are being delivered by @STRABAG UK on behalf of @Anglo American.
The visit was hosted by STRABAG UK Ltd Business Unit Director, @Craig Sewell and Senior Tunnel Manager, @Jason Fawcett
This project demonstrates a successful, large scale #civilengineering project in action and involves the construction of the UK’s longest 37km TBM conveyor tunnel for the permanent Mineral Transport System (MTS) for Woodsmith Mine.
