Virtual Sentencing Hearing and Workshop
An employee killed and unsafe working at height practices identified by the HSE. That was the reason our fictional construction company is now due for sentence for breaches of health and safety law. This fully interactive 1.5 hour virtual sentencing hearing and workshop provides a unique insight as to how the Courts sentence organisations, especially at the moment as a number of the courts have gone virtual. You will hear submissions from the Prosecutor and Defence advocates and will then be taken through an interactive workshop, where you decide on aspects of the Sentencing Guidelines before entering your own view on what the Sentence should be. The Judge then returns to sum up and sentence followed by a review and Q&A.
