CECA supports efforts to ensure the competence of the workforce on members sites. To support this, the association is represented on the board of CSCS, the construction skills certification scheme, which as more than 2 million users. CECA is also a member of the management board for the Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS), which as some 300,000 users.
