CECA Southern is looking to facilitate the connection between our sector and the next generation by engaging with regional educational facilities. The CCG (Chichester College Group) oversee a number of colleges in the South East and are looking for the support from industry on the following items:
- Industry Placements – 45 days that can be split between two employers and either delivered in blocks or spread out over their T Level training.
- Site visits for students from 1 hour to 1 day in duration.
- Industry speakers.

Providing a T Level student with an industry placement will help enormously in developing that individual but also your own staff and resource as they help to engage and mentor the next generation of industry resource.
