Nigel Riglar, Executive Director Place at South Gloucestershire Council who will speak about project and framework opportunities with the Council together with an overview of South Gloucestershire’s organisation and procurement strategy.
Ian James, Highways & Traffic Management Group Manager of Devon County Council who will share his thoughts about the additional funding for highway maintenance in the county, expected by Spring 2024.
