CECA South West Regional Director Paul Santer has been approached by Clare Breckin, Chief Engineer (Highways & Built Environments), Devon County Council to see if members would be keen to be part of an informal meeting to talk generally about DCC contracts and how the County Council could become an even better client.
Paul envisages a group of contractors joining him, Clare, Ian James, DCC’s Highways & Traffic Management Group Manager and Simon Hill, DCC’s Chief Engineer (Bridges & Structures) in the CECA SW Exeter Office for a couple of hours; maybe a dozen members in total representing a good cross section of the industry.
This meeting has now been arranged for Thursday 28th September from 10:30am to 12 midday.
