On the morning of 22nd September, Babcock International and CECA South West held a client liaison meeting at Sandy Park in Exeter. There was a good attendance of some 20+ members who learnt about the major infrastructure projects happening in Number 5 Basin in Devonport Dockyard and beyond – and also Babcock’s new construction framework. Babcock’s John Oliver, Strategic Infrastructure Director and Simon Carr, Commercial Director presented a comprehensive picture of the Yard’s redevelopment.
