Local Skills Improvement Plans provide local employers with a platform to explain what the issues are that prevent them from finding people with the right knowledge, skills and behaviours and developing their own staff to improve productivity. This is an opportunity to get your voice heard and help shape future training provision to deliver what the regional economy needs.
You are invited as employers to actively shape your future workforce by taking part in a survey that will help to inform the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) in Berkshire and Oxfordshire. This process is being led by the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce (TVCC) and funded by the Department for Education (DfE). The closing date will be 27th February 2023.
