CECA Wales and Diales will be hosting their second webinar on “Payments – what all contractors and subcontractors need to know” as part of their developing partnership on legal support and advice for CECA Wales members.
This second webinar will support contractors in understanding that the requirements for applying for, and making payments is vital for all those involved in contracting and subcontracting in the construction and engineering industries. This session will look at :
- Requirements for payment under the Construction Act,
- Standard form provisions including NEC4
- What your application for payment should look like
- Case Law
This session will be ideal for all who wish to ensure payments are correctly administered.
