Making London’s Lorries safer – Proposals for changes to the HGV Safety Permit Scheme

TFL Progressive Safe System Consultation TfL have launched a consultation on their proposals to create a Progressive Safe System (PSS) as part of the HGV Safety Permit Scheme.
